I am happy to announce that today marks the official launch of my blog!
It fills me with immense joy and gratitude to finally share that I have brought this long-awaited project to life. It has been in the works for several years, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it.
I’ve decided to leave behind my fears, doubts, and the relentless pursuit of perfection, and simply embrace being myself. Yet, my mind was filled with several thoughts that tempted me to delay the process. Thoughts like: “avoid using Spanglish in your writing”, “the logo lacks appeal”, “The page isn’t ready yet”, and so forth. ¡Me caso en la potoroca! (a Puerto Rican saying). What was going through my mind? Even when we do things right, there will always be individuals who critique our efforts, leading to feelings of discouragement that hinder us from taking that initial leap.
I am truly passionate about writing. Several years ago, the idea of creating a blog to inspire and uplift others with my lifestyle struck me. I strive to incorporate simplicity into all aspects of my life, as well as the lives of my family members, including our beloved animals. From nurturing our diet and physical well-being to fostering a harmonious environment at home, I strive to infuse my simplistic approach to living into every aspect of our lives.
At this moment, I’m still in the process of developing and refining the ideas I want to share here.
